  • You can get started by connecting your Shopify and QuickBooks (bookkeeping system) accounts so we can ingest your data and provide a live data demo. From there, it’s about a day to stand up your model and about a week until you have a plan you’d feel comfortable sending to a potential investor.

  • Our plans include a software component and can also include a professional services component. The software component is tiered according to your revenue since it costs us more to process larger volumes of order data. The professional services component can be scaled to meet your needs.   • Yes. While we are a software company, we recognize that expert advisory is critical to solving the whole problem. That’s why a tailored plan may include both a software component and a professional services component. This ensures you’ll never sit in a support queue or have an endless revolving door of account managers.

  • We don’t provide accounting services directly. But if you’re looking for a new provider, we have a number of preferred partners and can work with you to create a total package plan that addresses the entire finance functiontion.

  • This is a great question that we field quite often. While we often work alongside internal teams to fill specific data, FP&A, and CFO roles, we will be the first to raise our hands to let you know that it's the right time to transition to full-time support. Our goal is to ensure you have the right financial fit for your growth.

  • The nature of growth companies often requires the ability of the finance function to support short-term initiatives such as investor preparation, systems conversations, financial modeling, etc. While we make every effort to accommodate for our existing clients, we selectively take on one-time projects based on our capacity, skillset, and ability to serve the client's project well. If we're not able to handle it, we have dozens of partners who we'd be happy to refer you to as well.
